Hired in 2009 by Carlyle Senior Care before The Arbor Company took over management in 2010, Anderson Plus was asked to remodel quickly on a limited budget this assisted living refurbished by another designer after its acquisition. The look of the building before was dismal…anything would be an improvement especially the lighting with extremely low ceilings on the main floor. Owners needed to flip this community to a higher clientele base and into a success.
