The look of a lovely boutique hotel or inn with comfortable casual sophistication was achieved with lush scheme of colors, textures, and natural materials plus an extensive collection of original art throughout nine floors.

Kuddos for the design team’s efforts came in the way of a 50+ Housing Award from the NAHB in 2008.
